We may also keep your driving licence records, grievance information and details about your use of our information and communication systems.
How is your personal information collected?
We collect personal details about clients and data subjects through several methods, such as registration, landing pages and websites.

When we need to carry out the agreement entered into with the client. 2. When we need to be legally compliant with an obligation. 3. When our valid interests (or the legitimate interests of a third party) and the client's fundamental rights or interests mustn't override or clash with those interests. 4. When you have given us your explicit and express consent to do so. We might also use your data in the following circumstances, although rare. 1. Where we need to protect your interests (or someone else’s interests). 2. When it is needed for official purposes, due to public interest or requested by government authorities, the CBI or the police.

Some of these circumstances for processing will coincide, and many reasons may support our use of your details. Please note that we may process the client’s data without their consent or knowledge, in compliance with the rules above, when this is needed or required and supported by law.
How do we use susceptible personal information?
Special categories of sensitive personal data need more stringent protection. We need to give you more justification for using, collecting and storing this kind of personal details. We might need to process special categories of personal data in the following situations: 1. In some rare cases, with the client’s express and explicit consent in writing. 2. When we have to perform our legal duties and obligation 3. When it is required for the public interest, such as if needed by government authorities, CBI or the police, in rare cases, we might use this kind of data when it is required due to legal claims or when it is required to protect the client’s interests (or someone else’s interests) and the client is not capable of giving their consent, or where they have already made the information publicly available.
Principles of GDPR. We will only use the client’s personal information in compliance with the subsequent regulations: 1. Transparency, lawfulness and fairness 2. Only for the purpose for which it has been collected 3. Minimization of data 4. Accuracy 5. Limitation of storage 6. Confidentiality and integrity. This is the sole principle that explicitly deals with security. The GDPR outlines that personal information must be “processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures”. The GDPR is vague on purpose about which measures companies need to take because organisational and technological best practices are always dynamic and ever-changing. As of now, companies need to pseudonymise and encrypt personal information whenever possible but should also consider other options, if suitable.

Do we need your consent?
We do not require the client’s explicit consent if we use special categories of their personal data in compliance with our written policy to exercise specific rights or perform our legal duties. In certain situations, we may approach the client for their explicit written consent to use some sensitive data. If we do so, we will give the client all the details of the data we would like and the purpose we need it for, so that they can adequately think about whether they want to consent. Clients need to be aware that this is not a condition of their contract with us and that they agree to any requests for consent from us.
Automated decision-making
Automated decision-making occurs when an electronic system makes use of personal data to take a decision without the need for human intervention. We don't think any decisions will be taken about the client by automated means, but we will still let the client know in writing if this stance changes. Why would you share my data with third parties? We will share the client’s data with third parties when we require it by law.
Data security:
We have introduced measures to safeguard the security of client information. We have established necessary security measures to stop the client’s personal data from being accidentally accessed, lost, disclosed or altered in a way we have not authorised. Furthermore, we ensure that we limit access to client personal data to those agents and employees who have a business need to know. These parties will only process your data when we authorise them to, and they will be subject to confidentiality. We have established procedures to handle any potential data security breach or gap. We will immediately inform you and any applicable regulator of a possible violation when we are legally obliged to do so.

The client must keep us updated if their personal data changes during their association with us. The client's rights in connection with personal information. Request a correction of the personal data that we hold about the client. This allows the client to have any inaccurate or incomplete data we hold about them to be corrected. Object to processing of the client’s data when we depend on a good interest (or those of a third party), and there is something about their circumstance which makes them wish to object to using their information. The client also has the right to object where we are using their data for direct or indirect marketing activities. Request the restriction of using their personal data. This allows the client to ask us to stop using their data, for example, if they want us to prove its accuracy or our reason for using it. If they want to verify, review, correct or request for the erasure of their personal information, object to the usage of their personal information, or request that we send a copy of their data to a third party, please get in touch with office@atozserwisplus.ptt in writing.
No fee is usually required:
Clients do not usually have to pay a fee to be able to access their data(or to be able to exercise any of their other rights)
What may we need from you?
We may have to ask for specific data from the client to confirm their identity and ensure their right to access the data (or to exercise any of their other client rights).
