Notice to Clients

Payments to AtoZ Serwis Plus:

When you pay AtoZ Serwis Plus, it is your right to demand a receipt for the same. AtoZ Serwis Plus issues permit for all payments made to the company. Our central software sends an acknowledgement of payments made to AtoZ Serwis Plus. If you have any questions regarding charges to AtoZ Serwis Plus, please send an email to office@atozserwisplus.pt

Payments to AtoZ Serwis Plus staff:

It would be best to be careful against making additional payments to any AtoZ Serwis Plus employee. Suppose any AtoZ Serwis Plus staff members offer to fabricate your profile or get you any document for an additional fee. In that case, we strongly suggest you let the management know so we can take appropriate action against the employee. So that you know, the company is not liable if you enter into any verbal or written agreement with an AtoZ Serwis Plus employee or their reference. We are not responsible for the consequences if you have paid for any additional service to any AtoZ Serwis Plus employee.

Vendors referred by AtoZ Serwis Plus staff:

We strongly discourage you from availing of any service from vendors that any AtoZ Serwis Plus employee may suggest, as this is not endorsed or permitted by the company, and you run the risk of fraud by indulging in the same. We are not responsible for any vendors whom an AtoZ Serwis Plus employee may have referred, and we are not liable for any charges you have paid them.

Fraudulent Documentation:

AtoZ Serwis Plus does not deal with cases where fraudulent documentation or information has been submitted. AtoZ Serwis Plus will accept your claim based on the information you gave us, which we assume is true. AtoZ Serwis Plus is only liable if you have provided correct/misleading/fraudulent documentation or information.

AtoZ Serwis Plus does not provide clients with any documentation and only works on your provided documentation. We assume that all submitted to us is 100% true and correct.

AtoZ Serwis Plus employees are warned against illegal practices and must adhere to AtoZ Serwis Plus company policy. If any employee goes against company policy, AtoZ Serwis Plus is not responsible or liable for the same, as our policy is to accept cases where the information provided is 100% true.

To not be the target of fraud or scams and be refused entry, visas or other documents for foreign countries, clients should bear in mind the following:

1. Refrain from being misled by dishonest AtoZ Serwis Plus staff into believing that it is acceptable practice to submit forged documents with your visa application. The application will be refused, and you may face further investigation from Portugal authorities.
2. Do not believe AtoZ Serwis Plus staffs who say that they can influence the processing speed of applications or the final decision in exchange for money or other favours. They cannot. The final visa decisions are only made by the appointed visa officers authorised by a particular country.
3. Be aware of imposters pretending to be visa officers from Embassies. Honest visa officers only meet or talk to applicants in their official workplace, and they ask you for money.
4. Do not be fooled by fake websites that look like official government or service delivery partner websites. Clients should always get their visa information from the official government website of a particular country.
5. Do not be duped by a job or visa scam. Several people are becoming victims of scams, with overseas employment offers that do not exist. Please consider your choice before you hand over your details, money and passport.  If an employment offer sounds idealistic, it may not exist.

Dishonest staff often convince applicants to submit fraudulent documents or engage in any contracts of convenience. Please don’t be drawn in. Your money and funds will be lost. In addition, you will be caught and denied entry to the country you have applied to.

Portugal, Germany, Poland, Italy, and the rest of the European Countries welcome genuine visitors, students, and work immigrants. The agencies of immigration in these countries have a zero-tolerance policy for any abuse of the immigration system or laws, especially towards fraud. We, therefore, advise any immigrants who would like a visa for these countries not to engage people who offer to sell fake documents and guarantee that they can grant clients access. Immigration Authorities have very effective methods for detecting fraud and work with international partners, and Portugal authorities follow the same. When, not if they apprehend the scam, including the fake language and education certificates, the visa will not only be refused, but the applicant will probably also get a ten-year visa ban and appropriate action by the Polish authorities.

Fraud is a criminal offence in Portugal, Germany, Poland, Italy, and other European countries. It may lead to heavy penalties and criminal charges for the entities involved. However, in the end, the responsibility of a visa application lies solely with the applicant. Providing fake documents or false information can lead to unpleasant consequences for the dubious entity and the applicant in question. Applicants should protect themselves from all kinds of immigration fraud by knowing and looking up how people could take advantage of them and dupe them with their money.

Please be aware that providing fake documents to a visa-issuing authority will prevent you from entering the country for at least ten years.

No one can change this decision, and if an employee of AtoZ Serwis Plus promises you the same, please contact us as soon as possible.
